Return Policy

What is Sembonia Return Policy?
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. Products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless we delivered the item in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

If you experience any problem with the item(s), please contact us at ecustomerservice@sembonia.com for further assistance within seven (7) days from the receipt date. We will investigate the case and contact you accordingly. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental or random damage that is the result of use by Buyer, or from wear and tear. Please DO NOT return any item(s) before receiving a Return Confirmation e-mail from us.

We will review the request to return the item(s) and contact you accordingly. This should take approximately 3 business days. To speed up the return process, please quote your Return Request Number, Order Number, together with images showing the front, back, top and the base of the item(s) and email to ecustomerservice@sembonia.com.

Once your return eligibility is confirmed, a return confirmation number via email will be sent to you with instructions to return the item(s). Once we have received your item(s) in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price for that item in e-Voucher coupon.

Should the returned item(s) be deemed not in its original condition, SB Boutique Sdn. Bhd. reserves all rights to return the item(s) at the sender's cost.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer when returning any item(s). All item(s) entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws which SB Boutique Sdn. Bhd. is unable to determine.

Requirements for a valid return:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, etc.)
  • Bank details receipt if original payment is made via iPay88 or Cash on Delivery.
  • Include printed Sembonia Tax Invoice in each return package box.
  • Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met as below:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Wrong Item Delivered
    • Missing parts
  • Product returned Stained, Washed or Used will not be eligible for return.

Please send an email to us at ecustomerservice@sembonia.com to request return with attach of the product photos. Our representative will contact you as soon as possible within 3 working days.
