Normal merchandise under the brand name of “SEMBONIA” is subject a limited warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase. Warranty card is placed in your package. (Normal merchandise consist of Normal, 10% and 20% discount mode products)

Kindly present the warranty card with the receipt as a proof of purchase when making a claim under the warranty period.

This limited warranty only covers the manufacturing defect and does not cover defects resulting from any misuse, inappropriate storage/care/repair, wear and tear or any natural deterioration.

We advise you to repair your purchase good at the service centre authorised by the manufacturer after the expiry of the above-mentioned warranty period

How long does it take to repair my product?
If your item is within warranty duration, we will process your repair request in accordance with our supplier. It takes about 90 days depending on each supplier.

If my product is within warranty duration, do I need to pay for repairs?

There is no charge born for those items under warranty duration. The warranty card is deemed void in the case of damage product item was caused by the consumer through misuse, inappropriate storage /care, unauthorised repair, wear and tear and natural deterioration.  To arrange for repair, you will be required to pay a new postage charge.
